After a tiring afternoon at the Desaru Fruit Farm, we went to a nearby mosque and perform our dzuhur prayer. After that, we went to a village where they make instant Roti Canai and Samosa and sell them to earn a living for their family and themselves. The place is also quite near to the Desaru Fruit Farm and it is located at Jalan Bunga Kenanga, Felda Pasak 8160 Kota Tinggi, Johor Darul Ta'zim. It was a very fun experience to see how they can make a lot of Roti Canai and Samosa.
 It taste really good!

Before going back to Singapore [ :( ] , we stopped at Aeon Shopping mall to shop of course! we were feeling very enthusiastic because we can buy anything that we want. well, we only spent our money on food. hehe.

It was a very fun experience for us because not only we went to another country with our friends but also because we got to learn a lot of things about Malaysia and also about fruits and herbs. I hope our school organised another trip like this. goodbye! :)

The blood pressure may be the pressure on the blood inside the arteries.
It really is created mainly through the shrinkage of the heart muscle.
Its dimension is documented simply by two numbers.
The very first (systolic pressure) is calculated as soon as the heart contracts and
is also maximum. The 2nd (diastolic pressure) is calculated before the heart contracts as
well as lowest. A blood pressure level cuff is utilized to determine the pressure.
Elevation of blood pressure level is known as “hypertension” and this is referred to
as noiseless killer disease.
LONG BEANS: Fresh beans contain a good amount of vitamin C. 100 g yard-long beans
provide 18.8 mg or 31% of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful water-soluble antioxidant
and when adequately provided in the diet, it helps build immunity against infections,
help maintain blood vessel elasticity, and offer some protection from cancers.

The next thing we knew was that everyone was anxious and excited once our tour-guide, Uncle Lee, informed us that we were going to the mini zoo which is situated on the other side of the fruit farm. Everyone cheered and soared happily. There, we gained so much experience on how to feed the goats who gathered impatiently waiting for us to feed them grasses! There was also rabbits and hens.
